Digital Delivery Policy

Since Shatranjana exclusively provides online chess coaching services, this policy covers the delivery of all digital content and virtual experiences.

1. Instant Access to Digital Services

Upon successful payment, you will receive:
✅ Live Class Links (Zoom/Google Meet) via email within 15 minutes
✅ Course Portal Login details for recorded content
✅ Downloadable Materials (PDFs, PGN files, worksheets)

Note: Check your spam/promotions folder if you don’t see our email.

2. Technical Requirements

​

To access your coaching:

• Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps)

• Device: Laptop/tablet recommended (mobile phones supported)

• Software: Latest Zoom version or modern web browser

3. Troubleshooting Missing Access

​

If you don’t receive your login details:

1. Wait 15 minutes (some emails delay briefly)

2. Search for "Shatranjana" in your inbox

3. Contact Support at [support@shatranjana.com] within 24 hours with:

   • Payment receipt

   • Screenshot of issue

4. Service Availability

​

• Live Classes: Accessible only at scheduled times

• Recorded Content: Available 24/7 in your portal

• Geographic Restrictions: None (global access)

5. Refund Policy for Digital Services

​

All sales are final once:

• Live class links are sent

• Course portal is accessed

Exceptions:

• Technical failure (unable to access for 48+ hours)

• Coach cancellation (full credit for rescheduling)
